The Daylight War by Peter V. Brett - This is the 3rd book of the Demon Cycle and I can't wait to get my hands on it. Amazing epic fantasy series & one of my top favorites! Book summary & cover still isn't available, but it should be out some time in spring.
Flesh & Bone by Jonathan Maberry - This is the 3rd book in the amazing YA post-apocalyptic Benny Imura series & although I have to wait for a year, I can't wait to see what will happen with Benny, Nix, Lilah & Chong! I can't recommend enough the series, one of the best! Book summary & cover still isn't available.
Black Heart by Holly Black - This is the 3rd book of the Curse Workers & also one of the books I'm looking forward to in 2012!

Ok, all my picks are sequels, but what can I do with all these amazing series ;)
